indeed! and re the definition of "broken" - that was the whole idea of having a "legacy" SSID which is equally supported and monitored, but.... with legacy protocols :-) no business impact, but rather a gentle nudge :)

that said, the VPN split tunnel thing probably *can* be handled better by the hosts, especially since the VPN clients already do interfere with the operation quite a lot, anyway.
